📚 Financial Foundations Workshop  

Date: July 13, 2025
Location: [TBD / Virtual or In-Person]
Details: Learn the basics of budgeting, saving, and credit with expert guest speakers. Open to young women ages 13–35.
Registration: Opens June 25.
In partnership with: Jordan Light Foundation
Date: August 3, 2025
Location: [Local Community Center or Park – TBD]
Details: Join us for our annual backpack giveaway, filled with school supplies, hygiene kits, and love — officially under the Joycelyn’s House name for the first time!

💡 Dream Builder Info Session

 
Date: September 5, 2025
Details: Learn how to apply for our Dream Builder Grant — designed to support aspiring women entrepreneurs launching small businesses or creative hustles.
Who Should Attend: Women interested in funding for a startup, side hustle, or business idea.
 

🎓 Scholarships & Grants

 
Dream Builder Grant – Applications open September 6 – October 10
Receive up to $1,000 in startup capital. Business coaching and mentorship included.
 
EmpowerHER Education Scholarship – Coming Fall 2025
For young women pursuing GED programs, vocational training, or college coursework
